Starting Monday, April 7th, all appointments will be held at our new location: 133 8th Ave S, Cranbrook, BC.

There is plenty of street parking available directly in front of the building on 8th Avenue or on 2nd Street S. A quick reminder: we do not yet have a dedicated receptionist. If you arrive and no one is there to greet you, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area, and we’ll be with you at your scheduled appointment time.

Deanna obtained her Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Before UBC, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta. Growing up in Cranbrook, Deanna had an engrained love for being active and enjoying everything the surrounding mountains and lakes had to offer. Her personal experience with sport related injuries as well as her passion for helping people are what motivate Deanna in her career as a Physiotherapist.

Through a combination of education, exercise and manual therapy, Deanna strives to empower her patients to achieve goals that are important to them, and to get back to the activities they love – no matter what those look like. Whether it is anything from rehabbing an injury to return to competitive or recreational sport, or preventing injury and maintaining independence with functional activities, Deanna is keen to help. She recognizes that each person, along with their experience of an injury is unique. Deanna will work with each patient to create a rehabilitation plan that works best for them.

Cassidy graduated from the Master’s of Physical Therapy program at the University of British Columbia in 2020 after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She has her Level 1 Manual Therapy Certification, additional training in Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Dry Needling/Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) certification.

Cassidy has experience with many different client populations with all levels of physical activity and mobility. She has a special interest in the dance community as she grew up as a competitive dancer and later went on to become a dance instructor. Regardless of the injury or condition, Cassidy takes a goal-oriented approach and strives to get her clients back to doing the things that are most important to them. She believes that everyone’s rehab journey should be specifically tailored to the individual and she values one-on-one time with each client to ensure they are getting the best possible care to suit their needs. Cassidy has a passion for helping people and loves getting to be a part of her clients’ rehabilitation journey.

Victoria (Tori) earned her Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa (2022), following a BSc with Honours in Human Kinetics (2019). During her studies, she played on the varsity rugby team and spent two years with the team as an assistant coach. Since graduating, Tori has discovered an interest in women’s pelvic health leading her to take courses with Pelvic Health Solutions. She has developed skills to help women with incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre/post-natal care.

From a young age, Tori has had a passion for sports and staying physically active. This, alongside her enthusiasm for connecting with others and sharing her knowledge of healthy movement, fostered her desire to become a physiotherapist. Tori uses a movement-based approach combining manual therapy skills, individually tailored exercises, and education to empower you in the recovery process. Tori aims not only to get you moving and feeling better, but to improve your overall performance and quality of life. Tori is bilingual and able to offer services in English and French.
